Security guard threatened person with a gun
WeaponsAt about 1915 hours there was a complaint of a mental health disturbance in an apartment. The subject is a male born in 2000 (about 25) with schizophrenia and major depression, possibly off his medication; he had been pacing in the hallways for several days. He was last seen about 1838 near the rear door. Incident location referenced as Dunbar School at 200 East 31st Street. Separate report: a security guard (name withheld) was threatening someone with a gun. The guard was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants and had left the location.
