Neighbor confronts driver with hammer on Ridge Drive

Caller's advising a neighbor came out of his house with a hammer and was yelling at the friend of the caller for parking on the street in front of his house.

Had neighbors now sitting outside on his porch staring at the complainant as he was calling it in.
