Semi swerving on highway with flashers on

In reference to a previous broadcast on Troop B radio, we have a white cab semi with a white box trailer that was all over the roadway with their flashers on.

RP that was behind them continued to pull in front of and behind them trying to get them to pull over.

Now they're stating that the semi exited on 69 and has pulled back onto 412 again.
