Strange noise and light reported at Washington Street

I had a caller call up here, so there's a loud buzzing noise coming from the building and also he can see a red light coming from inside.

I haven't got any calls or an alarm company or anything like that, but he thinks it is one.

The outside temperature is 70 degrees.

Ten four. Typically, it's the sump pump warning.
