Vehicles reported driving wrong way near Chualar ramp

We're getting reports of vehicles that are going wrong way back onto the ramp to get back into Chualar.

And also a silver Chevrolet Silverado that was driving along the railroad tracks going the wrong way also for the RP to avoid traffic.
