Men in vehicle make suspicious remarks to woman, Cincinnati OH

00:00

I have a suspicious person run for the UDF on Woodford.

00:02

The complainant does not want to speak to officers.

00:04

They're advising that two males in the vehicle asked her if she was having a bad day, then said that they could solve her bad day.

00:10

How do you like that?

00:12

Out of broadcast, thanks, ma'am.
