We're inbound to your facility with a thirty-two, thirty-two-year-old female coming from Hope Valley.

Chief complaint today is going to be an opiate overdose.

Patient admitted using a dime-sized amount of fentanyl approximately an hour to 2 h ago.

Arrived at Hope Valley.

They stated that she was barely responsive.

Did give a 4 mg of Narcan at their facility.

We just gave an additional two.

She is A and O times two to three.

She is arousable.

GCS is 14 .

Current vitals:

got a heart rate of eighty-two.

She's ninety-nine percent on room air.

End-tidal forty-one, respirations are about 14 .

Original blood pressure was ninety-six over 40 .

We do have a bag of saline going at this time.

We've got a 20 gauge established in the right AC.
