Clarkton did have the dog sisuation under control for awhile, it’s starting to get bad again, there is a lease law in Clarkton, as far as I know , I don’t think Clarkton has a dog catcher . Hope they enforce it again, It’s not safe for our children to walk the streets, what’s it going to take for the laws to be enforced?
