Tenant finds belongings removed from rental home

She's having issues with her landlord's girlfriend, a Tabitha Addison. She advised that she hadn't been home for a few days and when she came home yesterday that her front door was light open and there were people in the yard moving her stuff out, right? Yeah. Tabith had told them that they can move into the residents and that anything that was in there to just move it out or throw it away. She advised that she has not been served in a victim notice. She's dealt with Powell County and Clay City multiple times. Obviously, they've been no help.
