Patient hasn't been able to get it to stop bleeding.

It's non-traumatic.

Current vitals are 102 heart rate, 100 and seventy-four over 102 for blood pressure.

Patient doesn't take any blood thinners.

History of hypertension.

Consulting for TXA to help get the clotting factor up to get this bleed to stop.

What is your transport time to the hospital?
