Dispatch reports a third party call from a woman who is on the phone with her sister. The caller says her sister is being assaulted by a man inside a home near Hood Ave. She reports that the man has a gun pointed at her sister and that she can hear him cocking the gun through the open phone line. The original caller is not at the scene and does not plan to return there.
