Armed robbery victim follows suspect in white Jeep

A woman reports that a man she knows robbed her of her phone, coat, and purse near Eddie and Arlington in Cleveland. Callers state the man is armed with a gun and driving a white Jeep that is registered to someone else at a garden drive address in Euclid. The victim and another person begin following the white Jeep in a blue Honda while the man reportedly follows the victim along St. Clair Avenue and nearby streets, including East 131st Street, East 128th Street, and Locke Avenue. Police are updated with their changing locations and arrange to meet them near East 125th Street and St. Clair Avenue and at the district station. Separately, officers transport a different man in crisis to Euclid Hospital.
