Shots fired at vehicle near Loop Drive

Officers were sent to a disturbance on East 51st Street in Cleveland. The call was updated to report gunfire and a person possibly shot while inside a black vehicle near Loop Drive. A female caller said a large group of young males were walking around with guns and that at least two were carrying rifles. She reported that they had been shooting outside before she left. The caller described several males, including some wearing black ski masks, one dressed all in black, another in a brown jacket with dreadlocks, and another in red jogging pants and a black hooded sweatshirt. One male was identified by a first name, which was heard shouted at the scene. Responding units were given the description of the vehicle and checked the surrounding streets for it. It was noted that a gunshot detection system did not register any shots in the area, but officers were still asked to look for the vehicle and any victims.
