Banned man reported back at campus library

Campus police were sent to Kelvin Smith Library after staff reported that a man who had previously been told not to return was back in the building. He had been involved in an earlier altercation and was described as having short black hair, wearing glasses and a blue jacket. Officers were told to find him, take his university identification card, and issue him a criminal trespass warning, and one unit was asked to stay outside in case extra help was needed. The caller believed the man might be on the third floor, where he usually spends time.
