A caller stated it looked like somebody had stolen possible fire police plates and put them on the front or back. and believes them to be scouting out the spring's truck. I did not have a description of any people. One plate said fire police, the other plate was a normal Connecticut plate he provided me. I'll be running it momentarily. Both vehicles are still on see.
