Ongoing parking and speeding complaint at lot

I have a (name withheld) who's the manager at that location.

Says there is a vehicle that continues to park in the parking lot and has also been told not to park there and continues to park and speed in the area.

The silver BMW goes back to a last of Coltes, 1st of (name withheld).

(number withheld) year old.

He says the vehicle parks and then they continue to.

Walk across the street to a different location.
