Driveway blocked by dirt pile in Colliers, Colliers WV

00:00

My partner's on the line with a male caller at (number withheld) Delta Lane, Colliers, advising that the owner of the driveway at his residence is now blocking the driveway with pile of what appears to be dirt.

00:17

Dispatch did ask if the caller was advised by the person doing this act that they were.

00:24

Going to be doing that. He said yes, he was advised, but he wasn't done loading his truck.

00:28

He's wanting to dig through the stuff to exit the driveway, saying the guy won't remove the stuff or let him out of the driveway.

00:34

Can we connect him with one of you?

00:38

Right, you can connect with me.

00:41

Ten four extension or public service?

00:44

Public service.

00:46

Ten four, stand by.
