I am traveling on Highway 49 North and I have a black pickup truck hauling a trailer that's coming toward Collins and it's throwing fire and sparks everywhere.
00:11
I'm trying to get him to pull over but he won't pull over.
00:15
What are you passing now, ma'am?
00:17
We're almost past that Agco pole.
00:21

00:31
Ten four, thank you.
00:36
Dispatch, if it does help, he does have his emergency lights on the trailer and on the truck.

00:52
And it's got a report of a black truck pulling a trailer coming into Collins Highway 49 North,
00:59
just at the red light at Circle K.
01:02
RP advised that it's sparking.
01:05
Not sure what's going on with it.
01:08
