Reckless driver reported on Jamestown Street

It's going to be a white Hyundai Elantra with one tail light out.

It's going to be coming from the square going up Jamestown Street toward Tractor Supply.

Caller advised that it passed him on double yellow, driving all over the roadway at a high rate of speed.
