Neighbor requests welfare check on dogs at home

Neighbor says that the owner hasn't been there in a couple of days and just wants them checked out.

Dealt with her, food, water, and shelter were there as well.

Or I believe they stated that she was arrested and hasn't been back to the house, and she hasn't seen anybody come by to check on the dogs.

That's why she just wants somebody to make sure that they're still being taken care of.
