Welfare check after loose man enters open apartment

Caller was concerned that neighbor's front door was wide open and no one was answering inside the apartment.

She found the apartment open when she saw a loose 22 running around the complex, and then that same 22 ran into the apartment because the door was open.

She's not sure if that 22 belongs to the owner.
