Man hitting fence with tool near shopping center

Well, I saw a black homeless guy with baggy, saggy blue jeans, purple long shirt.

He's got some mental problems.

He was trying to hit on the fence with, I guess, a hammer axe, and he was going through this little mail box right in front of the Coleman entrance.

I made him put all of it back, and he's heading to the village shopping center.
