Maintenance worker reports threats at apartment

Caller is with maintenance, stated that a Hispanic male wearing a (description withheld) and shorts made threats to the caller because the caller was putting paperwork on the tenant's doors.

There's negative weapons.

There was a 2nd call also that states a tree came down and it's a wires down.

PPL was notified.

Caller was concerned because he had an argument with the maintenance guy.
