Caller reports staff entering room while he was naked

Caller had two of the staff knocking on his door and standing in his room while he was naked.

One 17 , the other on the 18th .

Manager is declining providing comp access to the footage and says under failure of mandated reporting of a vulnerable adult.

Wants to an officer and will be waiting in a gray Buick Encore with a pit bull.
