Caller hears man crying out at Cornish duplex

We have a suspicious report from a 3rd party who wants to remain anonymous.

She's advising in Cornish at the Little River Road, there's a duplex on the right that she can hear a male voice saying "ow ow ow" and she's concerned because there are children lived at the location.

She had no further info and again wants to remain anonymous.
