All right, we're called out to a bike path here in Coronado for a 58-year-old male weighing approximately 150 pounds with a chief complaint of right shoulder pain after a fall from his bicycle.

Riding on the embankment here, kind of a bike walk walking pathway, traveling approximately about 10 mph .

A child had ran out in front of him.

He grabbed some of his brakes.

The bike slid out from underneath him.

He's being complained of some right shoulder pain.

On a secondary, he does have some radiation to that right elbow and right knee.

Did not hit his head, no loss of consciousness, no neck pain, but he is complaining of some lower back pain.
