So sad but am I wrong dispatch paged x2 before police response? Then when car 1 responded why was He speaking like he had been asleep or under the influence? Also reminded me when my husband had a brainstem stroke his speech was slurred exactly like his. I hope he is okay and wasn't anything major. I'm guessing he's just a country man and has an accent and mild tone. 😆. Is his normal speech that way? The speech was very unclear couldn't understand anything he said. I'm not accusing him of this I'm simply asking a question. Because on this app, I've noticed most departments & along with the dispatcher were good on this call. like they all hate their jobs. Or just have learned to shut off emotions, empathy to handle line work. It's got to be a very mentally exhausting career. My baby boy is a deputy at @The Bossier Parish Sheriff's Dept. Their dispatchers and deputies always speak with the utmost concern for every call. They speak with enthusiasm, professionalism.
