(number withheld) John Street for a well-being check on a male subject (name withheld).He called into dispatch, stated he was trying to get to a hospital because he injected meth into his arm.

Disconnected before we could get any further.

He looked like he was in a vehicle traveling northbound on Main from Twelfth Street instead of turning toward the hospital, and we just spoke with (name withheld)'s cousin.

He's not showed up there yet.

Unsure what type of car he would be in.
