Raccoon in roadway creating traffic hazard at intersection

Was originally a Walmart call and also an Ace call, but it's a raccoon walking around circles in the middle of the road in the intersection, possibly rabid.

People keep having to slam on brakes and they're concerned there might be a 10-50 .

Ten four, if animal control is around, clear.
