Drivers stop in the middle of All roads when not warranted "To let someone cross without a stop sign or crosswalk present", causing accidents, blind spots, sudden unexplained shifts in driving, Leaving pedestrians & vehicles to be in harms way while trying to read their minds. Yet, they zoom past crosswalks & stop signs "As if Drivers have the right away!!" There are rules to driving, same rules follow everywhere. Yet so many people don't even know where the stop signs are in this town or don't care. For 4 months we have had non stop hit & runs weekly, Are they local?, intentional? what is going on lately? Driving is not a right it's a privilege. So many innocent pedestrians have been hit & or passed away from negligence (When all you have to do is know how to drive.)
