Person with altered mental status at Mill Creek Drive

I feel like our government has let us down in reference to mental health crisis people with mental health issues. Yes I understand. We have a 24 seven hotline although that is not enough apparently because people in northeastern PA Monroe County tend to call 911 which means please ems get involved which means detention handcuffs behind the back that might not always solve the problem. It’s a short term fix for the cops emt to get the hell on the way get out of that situation to other human beings, not padded room always and not to dope them with pain meds and if they refuse to take them handcuff them, that’s not the way to deal with it. We’re American not a Third World country, but we have treated them at the health crisis in that manner in the past I will go on with our lives next caller
