False fire alarm caused by maintenance issue

Engine 5, the 1011 interest returning, LCC has been advised, and they're going to call the keyholder back again to advise some of the maintenance issues they have here. Message receives. There actually was a keyholder number in that previous alarm I spoke with (name withheld), who is one of the owners. He said he doesn't have the keys right now, but the builder does, and he did provide me a phone number for him.
