Generator noise complaint at Clark’s Market

Can you respond to Clark's Market, (number withheld) Belleview Avenue? Just got off the phone with an RP who stated that he did see a marshal go up to Clark's area and speak with some workers that were in the parking lot.

But he was wondering if they were told that it's after quiet hours and that they're not allowed to have a generator running.

He did say that the noise has been going on.

Since before 2200 , but they had other machinery going on before them, and just wanted the noise to stop.
