Truck parked in roadway near cemetery causes hazard

It's going to be by Calvary Cemetery.

Sounds like it's a white truck, work truck.

Hispanic folks that don't speak English parked in the middle of the roadway, almost caused my caller a crash and almost went head-on with another vehicle because it's there.
