911 hang-up with disturbance at government center

Dispatch reports a 911 hang-up call from the county government center, near the court clerk’s office. A woman was heard yelling into the phone, saying she needed officers and yelling at another person. Staff at the juvenile center at the same complex were contacted and reported no problems. Officers are sent to check the situation at the government center.
