Said about five to 10 min ago, someone claimed to be a police to his child while he's on a bike.

Person attempted to pull the child into the back of the car.

He did make comment that the suspect tried to abduct another child in the area.

Minutes ago, believes that the suspect leaves somewhere in Carthage.

His son told him that there were at least two subjects in the vehicle.
