Youths damage wall and kick dog on East Squire Avenue

Caller reporting there's a group of juveniles

ruining her retaining wall and kicking her dog.

They are described as one wearing a red jacket, female wearing a yellow shirt and shorts, and two that look like they are (number withheld) years old.

Yeah, that's right.

She said that they ran down the street, but didn't provide a direction.
