She was found on the floor in her nursing home facility.

No less or any signs of any major trauma.

She has a normal baseline, just hard time communicating and moving around.

She is her normal OBA changes as well.

Did I have 49 over 70 for a blood pressure, 63 for a heart rate, 93 for a room air, difficult breathing, one child with a respiration rate of 18, and a blood sugar of 213.
