Woman reports boyfriend assaulted her and broke arm

And the RP heard a female screaming about an hour ago.

He was leaving the residence about 10 to go when he saw a female in her 30s brunette with blonde streaks saying a tattoo on the right side of her neck.

She told him.

The RP that her boyfriend was beating her and broke her arm.

The female is across the street from the dispatch address wearing a dark color button-up shirt and jeans.
