Suspicious muddy pickup linked to possible break-in

Dispatch received a report of a suspicious pickup truck driving recklessly. The truck, covered in mud and carrying construction items, had about four people inside. It was first seen parked in a hay field, then drove west on 650 South from Prince William. The caller followed it for a time and later reported it had turned south on Prince William and then stopped on 725 South with its lights off. The caller was also worried that someone connected to this vehicle might be trying to break into a property near South 200 West, where the caller’s parents live.
