Police respond to disturbance with intoxicated man

Officers were sent to a disturbance in zone one after an open phone line from near 5th Street Northwest picked up a man saying, "stop putting your hands on me" and someone else saying to hurry before they go to jail. The man on the line sounded intoxicated, and the call then disconnected. Dispatch later made contact with the man, who said he would be okay, but background noise suggested a possible ongoing disturbance, so units continued toward the scene.
