Man reports blown eardrum while walking in Deer River

Deer River Ambulance, you're needed on Second Street Southeast, somewhere around the area, right in front of the Deer River Police Department for a male party walking on Second Street saying that he blew his eardrum out, requesting no lights and no siren.
