Be on the lookout at the (number withheld) block of Winchester Road heading southbound for a dark red or maroon colored sedan, four door, bearing Virginia tag Tango Bravo Delta (number withheld).

That tag returns on a 2018 black Toyota four door.

The vehicle was seen.

High speed swerving in and out of traffic, going over sixty-five per hour.

Also advised they speed every morning and is also running cars off the road.
