Officers check vehicles parked for weeks in lot

Officers spoke with an employee at Palm Beach Tan about a vehicle that had been parked in the lot for about three weeks. The employee said they had been planning to call police about it. Officers also received a report of another vehicle in the lot that was covered in snow and plowed in. One of the vehicles, a dark blue Ford with valid registration, was registered to a person from Westerville. Both vehicles were unoccupied, and officers tried to contact the registered owner to ask about moving the vehicle.
