A caller reported a black Ford Edge parked without permission in a back lot near East Franklin Street. The caller asked for an officer before arranging for the vehicle to be towed. Later, the caller reported that the owner of the vehicle had been found and the vehicle was removed, so an officer was no longer needed. During the same radio traffic, security at a separate business location requested to speak with an officer about a hit-and-run to one of their patrol vehicles, and they stated they had video of the incident.
