Driver reported going wrong way on Elm Street

North Elm Street and West University Drive.

Caller no longer has visual for a silver sedan that went the wrong way on Elm and then continued until he got into the parking lot of Patrons Pizza Place.

There is no license plate and an unknown male driver with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth.
