Police were sent to a business near East 8 Mile Road in Detroit for a disturbance. A male inside the business was refusing to leave, trespassing, and making threats toward someone. A relative reported that a 13‑year‑old grandson at the scene was armed with scissors and would not put them down. The person was reported to have diagnosed mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder and post‑traumatic stress disorder.
