Harassment complaint at Fountain Park.Caller is in apartment B as in boy five.Says a neighbor from B as in boy eight, the male half said he was going to jail today, unknown why.Caller said he was upset.No assaults, intacs or drugs that caller knows of.No weapons.Going to be a black male about 50, wearing all black.Caller is home for contact.10-4.
