Man breaks window and makes threats at house

Miss (name withheld) on 12th Avenue, reporting that there's a man banging on the house.

Go ahead and clear that call up.

I've advised her, one minute, to delete it out there.

The issue that was out there was not criminal or civil matter because he was mad, busted out a window, but he was threatening.
