Suspicious vehicle outside home on 7th Avenue

Can I get you en route to (number withheld) 7th avenue for a suspicious vehicle? I'll be advised that there's a female sitting in a dark blue color sedan in front of her house.

She doesn't feel comfortable with her being out there when she was going inside.

The individual was just staring at her.
